general description of the services, explanations necessary to understand the functioning of the services in accordance with Act No. 424/2023 Coll., about accessibility requirements for certain products and services, as amended

(“Declaration”)

  1. This Declaration of Conformity has been issued by the Service Provider under its own responsibility.
  2. In the User Account after registering on the Internet portal klient.kolikmam.cz („Internet portal“) or in the e‑shop (eshop.kolikmam.cz), it is possible to purchase the following services:
    • Extract from CIBR – by ordering this service, you will receive a standalone report from the Client Information Banking Registry (“CIBR”) summarizing only the liabilities reported by CIBR members. The statement is provided in PDF format with an electronic signature confirming authenticity.
    • Extract from NBCIR – by ordering this service, you will receive a standalone report from the Non-Banking of Client Information Register (“NBCIR”) summarizing only the liabilities reported by NBCIR members. The statement is provided in PDF format with an electronic signature confirming authenticity.
    • Detailed credit report – ​​by ordering this service, you will receive a detailed report that combines liabilities from CIBR and NBCIR reported by members of both registers and at the same time is verified the existence of liabilities in the Payment Information Register (“REPI”) and public sources – the Insolvency Register and the Central Register of Executions. The statement is provided in pdf format with an electronic signature confirming authenticity.
    • Extract from the REPI Register – by ordering this service, you will receive a standalone report from REPI. The statement is provided in pdf format with an electronic signature confirming authenticity.
    • MůjKredit extract – ​​by ordering this service, you will receive a highlevel report that summarizes only basic information from CIBR, NBCIR, REPI and the Central Register of Executions and also performs personal data checks about address and other personal data. The statement is provided in pdf format with an electronic signature confirming authenticity.
    • NetAgent – ​​by ordering this service, you will receive an annual subscription to a service focused on cybercrime in the Internet and dark web environments. The service monitors whether personal data is inappropriately exposed on the open web or whether it has been misused in the dark web environment.
    • IdentiNet – by ordering this service, you will receive an annual subscription to a service focused on preventing credit fraud and cybercrime. The service at first offers a one-time Detailed credit report as of the start date of the subscription and then sets up monitoring in CIBR and NBCIR for the creation of a new loan agreement in the application phase or an existing loan agreement, and at the same time includes the NetAgent service in full.
    • Extract from the Central Registry of Executions – by ordering this service, you will receive a report from the Central Registry of Executions database. The query is carried out in two steps, in the first query you will find out whether there are any execution titles and then in the second step it is possible to obtain details for each selected execution title.
    • Kolikmam365 package – by ordering this service, you will receive an annual subscription to the service, which includes:
      1. Four times Detailed credit report – ​​the user can obtain it at any time during the subscription period
      2. Annual subscription to the service "AlertMe" in CIBR and NBCIR, which monitors various changes and events in your data in these registers, including the creation of a new loan as application or existing contract.
      3. Actual overview – an overview of key information from CIBR and NBCIR, including a comparison of key parameters with the previous month
      4. Assessment of your creditworthiness, including a comparison with borrowers in the same region or age group.
  3. The services described above and the Internet portal through which the services are provided meet the accessibility requirements and are perceivable, operable, understandable and robust within the meaning of Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council and comply with the requirements set out in the uniform standard ETSI EN 301 549.
  4. All relevant content of the services provided and the Internet portal is in a machine-readable text format, which can be used to create alternative supporting formats enabling presentation in various ways and ensuring perception with more than one sense.
  5. Audiovisual content is not part of the services or the Internet Portal.
  6. The font is selected in an appropriate size and shape, taking into account the foreseeable conditions of use and with sufficient contrast.
  7. The Internet Portal is made accessible in a uniform and reasonable manner.
  8. The service provider's support services provide information and communication methods accessible to persons with disabilities.
  9. The functions for identification, security and payment on the Internet Portal are perceivable, operable, understandable and robust.
  10. The methods of identification, electronic signatures and payment services on the Internet Portal are perceivable, operable, understandable and robust.
