FAQ

A credit report is a comprehensive source of information that contains both negative and positive information about the overall creditworthiness and credit history of a particular person/credit applicant.
Identification data
A register extract starts with identifying data – in the case of a non-business individual, PERSONAL DATA: name, surname, place of residence, birth number and date of birth. The identifiers also include the code assigned to the entity in the register. If the entity is an entrepreneur, the identification data are supplemented by the registration number and the tax identification number.
Summary evaluation of credit contracts
The extract from the register then goes on to list all credit contracts by type of operation and their stage: from application, through rejection, revocation, existence and termination. Individual loans are broken down by type of transaction into Loans, Home Loans, Business Loans, Finance and Operating Leases, Overdrafts and Current Account Debit, Cards and Revolving Credit, Utility Bills and Factoring.
The following is a summary of the ratio of liabilities in each register and a comparison to the previous month for Total Monthly Payments, Total Amount Owed and Outstanding Past Due Amount. In the joint statement from the Banking and Non-Banking Register, these three items are calculated over both registers, i. e. for example, it is the Total Monthly Instalment calculated over all loans in both BRKI and NRKI. For each of the items you can also see the breakdown of how much of that amount is in the Banking or Non-Banking Register.
All loan amounts are always given in national currency.
List of contracts
The next section gives details of each individual contract or loan. The detail of each type of loan first shows the items that are current for that month. For example, the amount of the next instalment as of the statement date, the number of instalments remaining and more. Among these items, however, there are also so-called maximum calculated items such as Maximum Amount Outstanding or Worst Status. These values are calculated from the entire contract history.
Below this list is then a table with the repayment profile. The repayment profile describes in detail the last 24months, for example the trend of the amount of outstanding repayments in each month, and at the level of each month you can see the amount outstanding if the client has not paid his obligations on time.
Summary of all applications
In the last section there is a summary of all REQUESTS of the client and its role. That is, whether he/she applied for the loan himself/herself or played the role of a guarantor or co-applicant in the application, for example. Also included are applications that have been rejected by the financial institution or those that have been withdrawn by the applicant. At the rejected and revoked stage, applications are then displayed on the statement for 12 months, or 6 months for applications in the Non-Bank Register.
You will have online access to all listings and services after registering at the portal. Everything can be carried out easily from the comfort of your own home or office.
