On 31 August 2024, the possibility of personal visits to this Client Center will be discontinued.

We have decided to take this step as part of improving and modernizing our services.

31 August 2024 will be the last operating day on which it will be possible to visit the Client Center in person. Despite this change, additional communication channels are still available for you to use to contact the Client Center, including an online e‑shop that allows your requests to be processed on the spot.

In light of the discontinuation of in-person visits to the client center, the following specific changes are being made:

Physical visits to the Client Center will not be possible after 31 August 2024.
Ordering an online report in the e‑shop or the kolikmam.cz portal with personal pick-up at the client center will not be possible.
Both of these options will be removed from the online offer.
After the closure of the Client Center, it will not be possible to exercise GDPR rights by physical visit.

Methods of obtaining reports from the registers that will be available after 31 August 2024.

For natural persons and business natural persons:

you can obtain reports and other services online in the e-shop,
→ for requests to exercise rights based on the GDPR, use the form on the Personal data processing page,
by data box R4QDCBE,
by email – electronic applications signed using a guaranteed electronic signature with a certificate,
by post.
